Ingredients
4 cups of water
4 tbsp of dried rosehips
2tbsp of sugar (if needed)
Method
Pour 4 cups of water in a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
Add the rose hips to the boiling water and cover the mixture. Reduce the heat to low-medium and stir gently for about 8 minutes.
Add 1 or 2 tbsp of sugar into the saucepan and stir until it is fully dissolved in the mixture.
Stop heating the saucepan. Leave it covered and set it aside for about 10 minutes.
Filter the tea using a fine sieve.
Either cool the mixture to room temperature or drink hot, as is needed.
