Ingredients
Barley porridge - 1 cup
Wheat Porridge - 1 cup
Sugar powder - 1/2 cup
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Lemon - 2 to 3
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
Green chilli (finely chopped) - 1
Mint leaves
Method
To make its edible Sattu, take a 1/2 cup of barley Sattu and add some water to it for dissolving its lumps. After dissolving its lumps, add 2 teaspoons of sugar powder to it. Stir to mix it well and after mixing it well, the edible Sattu is ready to be served.
Sweet Syrup
To make its sweet syrup, take a 1/2 cup of barley Sattu and add some water to it. Dissolve its lumps and add 2 to 3 teaspoons of sugar powder to it. Add a pinch of black salt to it and a lime juice of a half lemon. Add 1.5 cups of water to it and mix well. The sweet syrup of barley Sattu is ready to be served.
Spicy Syrup
To make its spicy syrup, take a 1/2 cup of barley Sattu and add some water to it. Mix the Sattu well and add a 1/4 teaspoon of salt, a 1/4 teaspoon of black salt, a 1/4 teaspoon of cumin powder, a finely chopped green chilli to it. Add a 1/2 lemon juice, a 1.5 cups water to it and mix well. Add some broken mint leaves to it and it is ready to be served.
